我公司生產的速凍庫、速凍隧道用配搭機組，充分考慮到高溫段，雙級壓縮機組運行效率極低，降溫速度緩慢的弊端。經過大量研究和實踐，研發出更加高效的雙級配搭機組。在速凍庫、隧道降溫初期只有低壓機運行，且可以滿載運行，當壓力降到一定值時，才開始啟動高壓級，進行雙級壓縮。這樣降溫速度快，運行十分經濟。比普通的單機雙級螺桿機綜合能效高8%左右。

DAN HUA developed the higher efficiency two-stage compression unit use for quick frozen storage and tunnel freezer through a large number of research and practice. At the initial cooling stage of quick frozen storage and tunnel freezer, there’s only the low pressure stage compressor operate, and it can full-load operation. When the temperature reach a certain value, the high pressure compressor start and begin two-stage compression. In this way can realize a faster cooling rate and a more economy operation. The comprehensive energy efficiency of two-stage compression unit can be 8% more than that of compound compressor.
