傳統的小型速凍庫一般采用熱力膨脹閥直接膨脹供液，換熱溫差大，能效比低。針對這一缺陷，我公司經過大量研究實踐研發出滿液式臺車速凍機，利用電子膨脹閥的精確供液量和儲液回熱器儲液功能和過熱功能，控制小溫差過熱度，蒸發器處于半滿液狀態，大大提高蒸發器的換熱效率，較常規的直接膨脹的能效比提高20%左右。
