傳統載冷劑制冷系統多用于干式蒸發,干式蒸發系統簡單,氟充注量少,初期投資成本低,在需冷量較小的系統,干式蒸發是不錯的選擇。但干式蒸發的致命缺陷就是換熱效率低,在需冷量較大的系統體現的尤為明顯。故我公司經過大量研究實踐,研發出浮頭式滿液鹽水機組。利用浮頭式滿液蒸發器換熱效率高的優勢減小兩次換熱效率損失。蒸發溫度和冷間溫度溫差控制在8K以內。
The traditional refrigerant refrigerating system mostly uses on dry evaporate, dry evaporate has a simple system, charge quantity of fluorine is little, and has a small initial investment. It’s a good choice for little cooling capacity needed system. While the critical defect of dry evaporate is the low heat transfer efficient, it is obviously in those system that cooling capacity is lager. Thus our company developed the floating type flooded secondary refrigerant refrigerating unit through a large number of research and practice. Use the high heat transfer efficient of floating flooded evaporator reduce the efficient loss of twice heat exchange. The temperature difference between evaporation temperature and the cooling room temperature can be controlled within 8K.
